Located at #9 on 24th Avenue, this beach house features six bedrooms, six full baths, and two half baths. A beach path at the end of the block makes walking to the surf easy for the entire family, where they will find one of the best stretches of the beach for riding waves. Regardless if you are riding on a raft, boogie boarding, surfing or just relaxing with a novel, the easy beach access is just one of the many features that make this home special. When it is time to seek a break from the sun, you will find the private pool at #9 on 24th Avenue refreshing. The sparkling water shaded by ancient oak trees will allow the kids to have blast playing games in this private oasis.

The first level of #9 on 24th Avenue consists of four bedrooms, each with a private bath. There are two master suites on this level, each with a king bed. The two guest bedrooms feature a queen. Lovely hardwood floors are throughout the home and frame the furnishings of the lower-level bedrooms.

The second level features a spacious kitchen. The contrast between the stainless-steel appliance, cook range with the dark cabinetry, and the hardwood floors is striking. A six-eye gas stove provides the platform to prepare wonderful meals for the entire family. A breakfast area adjacent to the kitchen provides seating for six. The living room has a high ceiling, two sofas, and a large flat screen television. The dining room offers additional seating for eight. A third master suite is located just off of the living room on the second level. This suite features a king bed and a private bath with a whirlpool tub. Finally, the third level brings you out to the rooftop deck after walking through the sixth bedroom which features a day bed and private bath. The rooftop deck was expanded and provides wonderful views of the Island.

A great get away!
Our gathering was our annual family vacation and it was a wonderful location to be together to enjoy each other’s company. There was something for everyone there and the accommodations were excellent. The proximity to many sites in the area made this house an ideal choice. Highly recommend 9 24th Avenue to anyone looking for a group get together.

Great home on Isle of Palms!
This house was just perfect for our Spring Break getaway with 2 other families (6 adults and 5 children). The elevator was convenient for luggage but not needed beyond that. The pool was slightly dirty on arrival but the management team had it cleaned promptly within 2 hrs of arriving - I was so impressed with the response times! And while cold, the kids loved having the option to swim back at the house. Convenient location close to shops and walk to beach. The rental credit was also fantastic! Will come again!

Family Birthday Celebration
Property managers were very responsive to issues that we had. Overall the house served its purpose. We wanted something that could house all of my siblings and their spouses to celebrate my father’s birthday. This accommodated all of us but the 6th bedroom was lacking and would not be comfortable for more than 1 person, it also is the only access to the rooftop which doesn’t afford much privacy for the occupants. The pool was not useable, very cold and unable to be heated. I doubt it gets sun at anytime of the year and it was constantly filled with leaves and seed pods from the trees.

King sized beds for all the adults and our own bathrooms has pretty nice. The house is in a quiet area, not at all loud. The house has a wonderful layout in the living room with plenty of room for everyone. We had a few complications, but the property managers were outstanding in their response time. Our only complaint was that the cable line went bad and we were out for few days before Comcast would come. Overall, a pretty nice experience and would stay again.

Every bedroom had its own full bath!!
Perfect house for a family gathering! Very clean, spacious, room enough for everyone to spread out if necessary and good space to gather. Lots (underlined) of stairs but there is also an elevator for those of us who had gotten our daily steps in and wanted a ride. The house is a couple of blocks from the beach but far enough from the main road where it was quiet. The absolute only thing that could have been done was window washing. Rental company had great communication but was not intrusive. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Experience
The five of us were very happy staying here. Loved that each of us had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. Nice living area space. Two noticed areas for improvement: The front, left, first floor bedroom blind has a few broken slats. The thermostat or heater for the second floor did not appear to be working sufficiently in putting out enough heat. The above did not diminish our wonderful experience. Thank you.

Overall impression of the property is good. Plenty of room and good location. We rented a golf cart for transporting people and beach gear each day, and with several older members in our party, it was a lifesaver.

Nice House, but pool could be better.
House was very nice and was as shown in the pictures. Swimming pool was not so great. It is mostly in the shade which made it very cool, needed some bottom repairs, and was always full of debris from all of the trees. It also had a lot of sand it in when we arrived.

Great location to beach and restaurants.
8 of us converged on IOP for a golf trip. This is a perfect house for a large group. Plenty of areas to relax and quiet. We walked to the beach several times and to Windjammers. Would highly recommend.

Family reunion at the beach
We used all of the 6 bedrooms and appreciated that each had its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Mattresses were quite good. Kitchen was laid out well and well supplied. We cooked our family meals there for 14. Has 2 large eating areas. One in the kitchen area seats 6 but could seat 8. Other in living room area is larger. TV's worked well. The garage doors were rusted. Of the 3 one worked with the switch and one worked manually (after we oiled it with WD 40 it worked with the wall switch). The 3rd door never opened. Management should oil them up and repair them. Other than a minor inconvenience - no problem really. The elevator generally worked well. From time to time it would not come when called. Eventually we found that all doors must be closed for it to work properly. We also found that on the 2nd floor the electric switch that unlocks that door when the elevator arrives did not always completely unlock that door - and hung up the elevator. To correct this you must push the button for the 2nd floor from either the outside wall switch or from inside the elevator itself (if you happen to get stuck inside). The elevator repair man should fix this before it gets worse and fails altogether. That being said the elevator was used frequently and was appreciated. We had a handicapped guest that needed the elevator and could not have made this trip without it. Pool outside was clean but is not heated. Two of our party members used it briefly and enjoyed it. Nice basic pool. Would be great in the summer. Our trip was mid November. Walk to the beach was easy 10 minutes. Great wide beach. Close to the island grocery and restaurants. Great location. The roof viewing area is spacious and was very nice. View of the ocean is very limited - but great place to sit and enjoy the evening air and have a cocktail. Plumbing worked well and fixtures were updated. Lots of porch space. Highly recommend the property.

Large and adequate for a large group. Not as clean as I would have liked. There was dog poop on one of the upstairs decks. Beds arent comfy but we made do. For its purpose it was fine.

Great house, challenging beach access for less-abled.
The house is very nice, with accommodations as advertised. Plenty of seating and dining space, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The elevator was handy for our 2 disabled family members and for luggage and groceries. Downsides were a pool that is shaded and unheated, making it quite chilly. Also, the beach access was unexpectedly difficult for our 93-year old; had we realized, we would have rented a golf cart rather than having to use the #25 or #21 beach accesses for dropoffs. Public handicap parking is almost non-existent in this area. For this reason we would choose a beachfront house next time. Rent golf carts or beach carts if your family members are mobile and you should be fine with this home.

Great stay for large families
Beautiful coastal decor. Loved the multi levels of living and outdoor space. We never felt crowded. The elevator was most important for our Grandmother. 2 large dining tables were perfect for games and puzzles in the evening. It was so convenient that each bedroom was a suite for everyone. The pool was nice and cool after a day at the beach. The drive under allowed for our golf cart plus a rented one along with all of our beach equipment. We were appreciative of the beach gear rental credit as a few family members flew in and could not bring their chairs/umbrellas. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Such an easy rental process with no issues. As a vacation should be. Thank you.

Perfect multi family beach house
This house was perfect! It’s actually bigger on the inside than the pictures. 2 huge tables for eating fit everyone! The walk to the beach was literally less than 5 mins - only 2 blocks to the beach access. Also 5 blocks to a really nice grocery store which was super convenient. Our teens walked there often. And less than a mile from the hub of town where the souvenir and ice cream shop was. We rented bikes which we used a lot. We even biked the 5 miles to Fort Multry on the end of Sullivan’s island.

The property was perfect for our visit to IOP. The location was close to the beach and still quiet.
The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and baths updated. There was plenty of dining options. The evenings on the front porch and roof top were spectacular. Beach access was very close. We will be back!
