Tahiti is located within a quick walk of the Empire Polo Club – home to Coachella and Stagecoach festivals! This beautiful home was recently updated and has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home; from a pool table, ping-pong, and bocce ball, to a tiki bar, hammocks, and in pool tanning shelf. Whether you want to be active, or sit back, relax and enjoy paradise, Tahiti is the place for you!
Step out on the patio of Tahiti where a tiki bar, Palapa, bistro lights, tiki torches, and palm trees all set the stage for your island experience; it's the perfect place to settle in, unwind and relax with family and friends. Around the pool are hammocks, chaise lounge chairs, and a shaded area with a plush couch arrangement for the ultimate in lounging on island time. Enjoy the added ambiance of a large fire pit with comfortable seating, a great place to gather and socialize or roast marshmallows with family and friends. Tahiti has misters installed along the roof to create an instant cool zone for hot days and an outdoor TV to keep up with news, sports, and your favorite shows poolside. When you are fully relaxed and ready for activities, there's no end to the options; bocce ball, ping-pong, billiards, and a five-hole putting green are among the choices for friendly competition. There is a patio BBQ grill and tiki bar to enjoy outdoors in this island paradise!
The open-style kitchen at Tahiti allows you to prep and cook meals while easily engaging in conversation with guests relaxing in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped, making meal preparation effortless. There is seating for eight at the dining table and room for twelve at the expansive picnic-style table on the patio; plenty of room for your entire group to eat, relax and enjoy great times together. With five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Tahiti is a very comfortable choice for your group. The primary suite features a jet tub and a private entrance opening up to the patio. This island oasis is beautifully appointed and is the perfect space for your sunshine filled vacation!

Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation for a fee of $150 per request, for up to 3 hours. This cannot be guaranteed and is based on availability. Please contact us for additional information.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.
WHAT ARE QUIET HOURS?
We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music must be at a reasonable volume and is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?
All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high speed WiFi.
SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?
We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE HOME?
The home is in a gated community and fully fenced in. You will access the home through the front driveway and front door only. You will be sent a door code 24-48 hours before arrival.

Montage at Santa Rosa is the best location in the Coachella Valley any time of the year, but especially during festival season! Our home is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.
Take a quick drive down Jefferson to the famous PGA West golf communities for a round of golf on one of their 3 public courses.
A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Or, head over to Old Town La Quinta for dinner.
Head to Hwy 111 and you will have access to several grocery and specialty stores such as Target and Costco or coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean.
Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.
