Old Florida comfort

We enjoyed the location and view of our room. Our unit kitchen was updated but not the bathrooms. We stayed 3 years ago, but furniture needs updating. However, we made the best of our 3 nights and unit is extremely spacious for 4. Unit could use deep cleaning. The town has great restaurants and peaceful area.

Lovely relaxing Florida area not too far from cruise port. Spacious condos with great amenities to get you started. Pool and location to beach was amazing! Will stay there again.

Spacious, clean, updated property. Unfortunately, the rooms lacked sufficient bedding (no bedding provided for the pullout couch and only a very thin coverlet for the beds). Since the front office closes at 5, there was no way to remedy this on our first night, and then the following evening they only had a single flat sheet available Check in after hours also requires a special lock box procedure and code. Since we booked through Expedia , we received no email communication about this beforehand. We were only informed of this passcode because I called ahead to inform the hotel of an needed ADA accommodation. Unfortunately, the front desk forgot about the accommodation request and needed to be reminded the following day The property really is lovely and well maintained. It's a delightful quiet location. The beach facing balconies provided wonderful views.

Easy By The Sea

One day, rentals will provide a recliner. Until then, this is the best. A beautifully positioned property with every unit facing the ocean. It was cold and cloudy (what's up with Florida weather?) for almost all of our stay. The comforts of this property sure helped as did the courteous and friendly staff.

This is a dated but very nice property with friendly and helpful staff. A good location and had comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay but the hot tub was broken with no fix in site. Likewise it is next to a dog park which was nice for the dog owners except for all the feces left on the beach.

Awesome stay

We have stayed at this property several times over the past few years and we love it!! It has everything we need in the way of space, access to pool and beach, covered parking, full kitchen and laundry. Great amenities for the $$. The only "gripe" I might have is the lighting in the parking area. It's light, but still quite dark. We almost missed the turn into the lot several times when approaching at night.

We stayed for a family trip in the two bedroom condo. The room was clean, well maintained with older style and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances and utensils were provided. Washer and dry were same but very helpful for our large family. We loved the easy walk to the beach and will definitely be back.

Perfect place to stay.

Everything was just about perfect. Beautiful location right on the beach. We even got to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. The unit was clean and had an updated kitchen and the entire complex was well maintained. The pool and hot tub were amazing. My only desire was to have more towels but there was a washer and dryer so no big deal. My one recommendation is to offer some bike for you guests to rent.

Excellent condo resort at Indian Harbor Beach, especially for the price. We loved our stay there! There was a full kitchen (with everything you would need minus food) so we cooked a few of our own meals. We were on the 3rd level with an ocean/beach view balcony. It was so nice. We’re smokers/vapers and we could do so on the balcony (as long as both patio doors were closed). We watched the waves and surfers from our balcony and had a very short walk down to the beach/pool/hot tub which was kept locked so only guests could go in. We also went to Kennedy Space Center (which wasn’t too far) and watched a rocket launch at Cape Canaveral from the beach at the resort. Highly recommend. We will be coming back!

Best view and best service

The property could use a few upgrades. The bathroom's grout looks dirty, the shower and faucets are not up to the task. Otherwise it is a great unit, lots of space, kitchen very well appointed. Somer was extremely helpful. The view is awesome. The pool area is very nice as well as the club house filled with games, books, comfortable seating areas.

Owners Resort rather than a hotel. I frequently enjoy these places as I don’t need daily housekeeping and prefer an apartment. That said this one was particularly removed from a hotel with a list of checkout requirements, not typical of a hotel, towels in laundry basket, dishwasher loaded and switched on, strictly enforced 10AM checkout, removing trash from apartment. The apartment itself was fine, if a little tired in some areas, particularly the shower and bathroom. The shower was large, but really needed a deep clean around the grouting and caulking. There were also screws from now removed fittings which looked a little odd. Generally everything was fine, and I’d stay again if the price was right. The lift in building 4 where I was located was mostly working, but somewhat temperamental, occasionally just refusing to come. I was on floor 2 so walking up/down wasn’t a problem, but maybe for some.
