I stayed at the Hampton Inn during Labor Day weekend. Overall the stay at the Hampton Inn was fantastic The lobby and rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was in close proximity to the beach. The first night in the room, the vent in the bathroom was very loud. I contacted the front desk to report the issue and maintenance was quick to respond and fixed the problem. At checkout there was an issue with my price since I booked from a third party website; however, staff resolved the issue for me and credited me the difference. The Continental breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious. I would stay here again during my next visit to IB.

Great stay

The stay was comfortable and nice. The staff was very friendly and made the stay better. We had an issue with the plumbing very early in the morning but we were able to figure it out. The only thing I did not like was that they did not service the room on a daily basis. This meant our trash was very full. Other than that everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Large room, easy access to everything, one had one desk chair and lacked a night stands on one side of one the beds. They did bring two additional chairs, used one as a night stand. Great breakfast and the had apples out for snacks all day, nice touch.Thank you Mia for your service and the bar tender was great.
