Love the suites, especially the two bedroom ones. But the one bedroom suites with fireplace and soaking tub with separate shower are nice too. Separate lKitchen/living room combo is so user friendly. And pets being allowed is nice, too. Like the pool. Love the breakfast. I made myself a breakfast burrito this morning. Lots of options to choose from. The Falls are right there for a scenic walk and several restaurants are nearby.

Fabulous Customer Service! From the front desk to housekeeping, the morning breakfast crew, and maintenance, the entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. It’s clear that this property is exceptionally well-managed. I will most definitely stay here again!

As a hotel GM, I have very high expectations of my staff and so I usually judge my experience based upon that. I really loved the front desk gal that checked me in. She was engaging, spoke to me about the area, and dining, and about my day and holiday. She told me about what the hotel offers as far as breakfast, hot tub/pool, and the market. I found the property to be in good repair, clean, and market items stocked appropriately. Our room was quiet, spacious and clean with the appropriate amenities. The follow morning, the housekeeper engaged me in friendly conversation all with a genuine smile. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

It was nice. Did not try the pool. Would be nice if they had hooks near the door for coats and a hook or two near the sink for hanging toiletry bags. Breakfast was very good. Took multiple tries for the the door to unlock.
