Second time staying here and it is such a great place. It’s an old school Cape Cod experience with a modern twist. You will be pleasantly surprised when you enter the room. We’ve stayed in far more expensive places that cannot come close to how clean the rooms are. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location. Off season. Front desk only there 9 am - 2 pm. Pool only open when Front desk is open. Also the ice machine was in the pool area. Clean and renovated going on. Perfect for a quick get away.

Great place! Only thing I would suggest is replacing the window A/C units to inside air conditioning. It’s too noisy. Looks like there was one in room on the wall but no remote for it. So we weren’t sure if it was operative yet.

Great location, right next to town where there are many shops and restaurants. Also, a short walk to the Harbor. Loved the warm, salt water pool as well. Pillows could be better, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location for visiting area. Rooms were old and a bit dated. Cleaning was average, bed was clean but there were long black hairs left in the bathroom and the mirror was filthy. Rooms were not serviced unless requested early doors. It did a job if you just want somewhere to sleep.

The location in central Main Street in Hyannis was very convenient for us. The room was spotless and modern. I have no complaints. Just state when booking ( if needed) a ground floor is needed as there is no elevator to the 2nd floor.

We needed to stay on the Cape for one night to pick up our car from a repair shop. The Hyannis Inn was centrally located and affordable. We found the facility clean and convenient - exactly what we needed for a one-night stay. It suited our needs well and we found the surrounding area nice for an evening stroll, dinner, drinks, and brunch the next morning. If the need arises, we will stay here again.
