Escape to the Cape in this lovely cottage with a large backyard and shaded deck. Featuring hardwood floors, a large yard, and ample parking, you will feel right at home during your stay. The lovely double-sided brick fireplace can be enjoyed from both the kitchen and living room while the outdoor shower is perfect for washing away sand after a day on the beach.

This home is located less than a mile-and-a-half from the beach. Grab your sunscreen and splash in the waves of Hyannis Harbor. In town, you will find Hyannis Main Street just one mile away which features many shops and restaurants to explore. Barnstable is the largest town on the Cape and features the Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary and the U.S. Coast Guard Heritage Museum.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
