Pet-friendly accommodations was a must for our stay. But was also pleased with the friendly reception by staff, and a willingness to move our pre-reserved room to a ground floor to avoid many trips up and down stairs. Slightly lower rating for facilities since pool, hot tub, and elevators were all out of commission, but we did not utilize these facilities.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast left something to be desired (no fruit, limited warm food). Air conditioning unit was noisy and inconsistent, but not unlike many other motels we have stayed in.
