Great Stay!!
It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel and in a very convenient location next to major shopping centers and within driving distance to the beach. The room was very comfortable like staying in a suite.

The room was damp and smelt like mould…the pull out lounge was dirty, and stunk…. The shower was terrible…. fridge was warm… it’s right on a main road so was nosy…. First guy at check in was nice but the other guy wasn’t….. I paid $400 Australian dollars to stay one night and was mortified at the price I paid for such a bad hotel… breakfast area was cramped and the food was junk

Pictures can be deceiving - thought the room was bigger, but was much smaller than shown. Hard for a party of 4 to move around. Breakfast was standard, but dining area also small. Quick check in and check out.

Our room was 1st floor facing front parking lot. Door to the room was flimsy easy to kick in and light came through the door as it was not flush to frame. The worst part was the bugs in the room, first night I got/killed two in the bathroom, one on the wall near the mirrors and toilet, the other on the baseboard in front of toilet. The second night I got three bites from something flying around, three bites on my arm and one on my foot. I did manage to get the bug but not much sleep itching and revolted by the whole episode. Linens/Duvet & cover are getting old.

Dated facility, broken shower knob, NO HOT WATER!! There are serious boiler problems and staff don’t really care what you think. Instead they give you attitude for bothering them. It sucks having to bathe in like warm water in the morning. It’s like 3rd world in this facility. STAY AWAY!

Upon check in, power was off at reception. Had to wait over 30 minutes and then power still not up but staff manually checked us in. Housekeeping had to let us in our room as reception couldn’t obtain our door key, we had to return hours later for that. No hot water on first day but on second day had to run for long time but warm water finally came in. Towel's were clean but very old and gray instead of the white they were supposed to be. Ice maker worked very poorly. On a whole - this facility needs a total overhaul- walls needs painting, carpets are dirty and need replacing. We will not be returning to this location. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this location is the worst. Location is good but needs a total upgrade and remodel. On an up note - staff were very pleasant.
