This is probably the best value accommodation in the area. Nothing fancy, but nicely upgraded and remodeled. Clean. Quiet. Inexpensive. Room was spacious. Bathroom clean. I will likely stay here next time I travel to the area.

Unsettling when we pulled up. I think this property could have a better "feel" if it weren't for the used furniture sitting around outside. Yes, it's an old hotel, but the people I interacted with were amazing... just a little intimidating when young men are hanging out in the parking lot smoking and sitting on furniture that had obviously been in-room prior.

Like: One of the lower priced hotels for 3 guests, but you get what you pay for. Keep reading. Dislikes: The property is run down and in poor repair. It starts with the parking lot. The asphat should have been replaced 10yrs ago, 2 foot weeds growing up through the cracks even close to the lobby and rooms,dumpster and 8-10 old broken chairs and tables stored just outside of of room, holes and stains in ceiling tiles, curtains reek of smoke, dented steel and peeling paint on entry door, lots of caulk in the bathroom, peeling paint and exposed outlets just outside our door, etc.. The motel does not offer refunds. Most folks would ask for a refund as soon as the pull into the parking lot. It's an old and rough looking place. Look elsewhere!

Overall comfortable bed, clean, and good location for staying at local parks nearby. Room had newer microwave and small fridge. Pool is of large size with sauna but does not have a shallow end for children, it is more of a lap pool. Small breakfast area mostly with bagels, cereal, and toast however was out of utensils and not restocked frequently. Luckily there is a very nice local coffee shop about 1/3 mile down the road. Would stay again however as long as not planning to be in hotel room itself for more than sleeping and relaxing prior to bed

It smelled really bad like urine, mold, and something else really gross. I had to spray air freshener and have the door open. I didn’t want to bring my clothes in, so the smell wouldn’t stick to anything, and but the people are sketchy so I didn’t want to leave them in the parking lot. We slept on top of the blankets. They don’t want people checking in after 9pm and when I got there the guy was rude because I wasnt there earlier even though I told them when I would arrive. The breakfast is unsanitary and they only put a couple of wrapped foods out. The pool hours are very limited. Sketchy people might be living there, the cops followed me into the parking lot, the cop was waiting across the street which makes me think it’s a high crime area. I checked out very early and they called me hours later to accuse me of stealing a pillow even though I didn’t even want to bring my clothes in out of fear the smell would get on my luggage and I wouldn’t want to bring that smell with me. I figured they would do something like that after they charged an extra $7 a person when I got there after I already prepaid.

If you’re looking for a mere shelter to spend the night in, sure this is the place. There’s a musty mildew smell, mildew present in the windowsills. Terribly maintained buildings and property, very outdated. You can hear and feel every footstep take above you, not exaggerating in the least. It’s an absolute dump. We didn’t stay a second night.

AmeriVu hotel is clean, good breakfast and great staff. Staff is very helpful and freindly. This hotel is not exspensive and not "high end" but very comfortable.

Find another place if one is available in the area

This is a 1-star property at best. Our room didn't even have a placae to hang clothes. I used the bathroom towel bar! I woke up both mornings with a backache from the bed, and the wole place - inside and out -looked unkempt. I was stold they were giving us an upgraded room for $10 extra per night. When I saw the room, I said NO to the upgrade charge. There was one drawer in the room and it just felt slimy.

You get what you pay for. It's an older motel with problems just like every other one. Overall, it was ok. The first room I was given, the air conditioner didn't really work. The room was hot and the beds were hard. I asked to switch rooms. The second room I was given was more comfortable. It would have been better if people didn't walk past the outside door talking half the night. Room was ok and staff were nice.

The water wouldn’t get warm at all and the bed sheets had blood on them. So gross and the lady in charge was more or less saying I was lying! Very poor place to stay!
