Located in a wide cove in fabulous Mountain View Shores, you'll be only steps from the water, as Evergreen is one of the closest homes to the water's edge. NO hiking unless you want to!
Evergreen has three bedrooms, one flex room and three full baths, with a newly remodeled basement providing a spacious living space! Maximum occupancy is six, and no smoking please. Xfinity wifi available throughout! TV located in the living room, equipped with streaming and cable package.
Enjoy the view from your private outdoor hot tub, fish from your dock, paddle around in the canoe or kayak, or just relax on the screened porch. You'll be just feet from the water and the sound of the waves lapping the shore. Evergreen is fully air conditioned. For the winter, there's a lovely gas fireplace in the living room to keep everyone cozy.
Evergreen has three bedrooms (1 with TV) and two baths upstairs, along with the living room with gas fireplace, dining room and spacious kitchen. The great room has recently installed skylights. Oil lamps throughout for the warm light we love in quiet evenings.
Family room (with TV), flex room, and one full bath located on the lower level. A pool table and 55" TV are also located downstairs. Evergreen has 2800 square feet under air. Spacious and comfy.

If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.

MOUNTAIN VIEW SHORES is a lovely development with many year-round homes, it features a private boat ramp area where you may park your boat trailer for the duration of your stay. It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. The land was originally owned by the Appalachian Power Company (which owns the lake) and a group of 10 investors from Bedford bought the land from the Power Company in the late 1970's and developed the subdivision comprised of over 400 lots, offering the land for sale one section per year, selling out in 4 years.
