A large yard and lake views greet you as you pull down the driveway to this cabin. As you enter the side door you'll notice the open layout and find yourself enjoying oversized leather living room furniture, a decorative fireplace, and beautiful views - providing a "home away from home" feeling.
As you enter this pet-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, you will immediately notice the breathtaking views of the lake through three sets of patio doors overlooking the lake from the dining and living areas, spanning the entire front of the home. This vista is especially spectacular during sunset. Step outside onto the roomy deck and breathe in the fresh lake air while relaxing around the table or preparing a meal on the gas grill.
The kitchen, with full size appliances, is fully stocked with what is needed to prepare and enjoy a meal, and is found immediately inside the entrance and directly off the open plan dining area, which offers seating for six.
The spacious living area is directly off the dining area, making it easy for your group to spend quality time together. Here you will find comfy armchairs and a large sofa perfectly positioned to enjoy the gorgeous scenery.
Just off the living areas find a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Across the hall from the bathroom are two bedrooms, one offering two sets of twin bunk beds and one offering a queen bed. The master has a king size bed with a full bath en suite.
Big dock great for fishing or sunbathing. Guests have use of the floater. The slips will not be raised or lowered for reservations.
House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
