A very nice 1 level home on Ponce De Leon Golf course (13th green) with HDTV and WIFI, wireless internet. This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is full of amenities with wireless internet, 75 channel cable TV with ESPN and Golf Channel (4 HDTVs & DVD player) and a large master suite with walk in shower and jetted tub. The master bedroom has a pillow top king bed and the back guest bedroom has a queen bedroom and a private bathroom with walk in shower. The front guest bedroom has two twins. The guest bathroom has a tub shower accessed from the hallway. Enjoy a furnished covered deck with ceiling fans on the golf course side of the house. There is a gas grille available for use. Hot Springs Village is a gated Community about 15 miles north of Hot Springs. Enjoy golf, fishing, swimming, tennis and hiking trails in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains. Nice House with Golf Course View
Very clean and well furnished. Comfortable furniture and beds. Good instructions and TV Channel Guide. You wouldn’t believe how often I rent a place and you are totally left on your own to figure out how to work the controls and what channels are available. Kudos to this owner for doing a little extra. Very nice covered deck in back. Good location near East Gate.

Perfect getaway for Texas travelers
We took a short 5 day trip to Hot Springs from Dallas area. It was about a 5 hour drive. The house that we stayed in was in Hot Springs Village, about 30 minutes from Hot Springs. It was very nice and quiet, and a great place to relax and get away. We were right on the golf course. Home was well kept and comfortable. Would stay there again.
