We could get used to this
We really enjoyed our townhouse. Each couple or individual had their own bedroom, and we were able to share space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. We definitely will consider staying there again if we have the opportunity.

This review is not about the property as we did not have an opportunity to stay - owners cancelled the reservation just a few hours before check-in leaving us in a panic for other lodging during Spring Break and racing weekend. Not professional.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well equipped to meet our needs. We had one person with a bad knee, and the steps were a little much for her. This place is pretty easy to find as it is right off of the main street. Some places in the village are much more difficult to locate. The view is lovely, and the area is quiet.

Very nice house, good location
A little pricey but worth it. House clean and well furnished. 20 feet from the lake, nice views. The third full bathroom is in the garage, which was a little weird, but the other bathrooms are good. Recommended

Little paradise
Location was beautiful. Communication with the manager Joe was amazing. Joe was so on everything for us and had amazing customer service. Didn’t understand the house layout from description and assumed all bathrooms were in house with bedrooms and they are not. One full bathroom with with shower is located in back of garage. Master bedroom had full shower but other 2 shared a bathroom with no shower. The house had everything we needed. Very comfy with great views and easy access to lake.

Enjoyed our family weekend. Liked access to lake and gazebo. Rented pontoon boat at marina and had great time. Upstairs black toilet filled very slowly. Could not get dishwasher to start. Beds are very firm. Unit worked well for the 4 of us.

Wonderful place right at the lake and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and and enough room for everyone. Only issue was the toilet in second upstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. Almost no flush power and took forever to refill tank.

Loved staying here with my family! Lake view from the 2nd floor living area and king bedroom on 3rd floor. Great balcony lakeside and a comfortable porch on the woods side. Well equipped. Bathroom descriptions are accurate and important to keep in mind. TJ was an excellent host and easy to communicate with!

Hot Springs race day
I had stayed at this same town house a few years ago. It was lovely then. But it had been updated and is awesome. It was clean, comfortable, beautiful views and even had garage parking. My only problem was in checking in. I texted the morning of our stay for the door code, an again with no response. But I called VRBO and they got the manager for me and my code 30 minutes before check in! So every thing worked out in the end. But I was stressing with it being a Friday and the weekend. It’s a great place hopefully this want happen when you check in

My family really enjoyed the property. After going through the snow and praying to get there safely the home was just what we needed. House was the cleanest I've ever seen! Plenty of room to spread out and the view of Lake DeSoto right from your living room and bedroom... Priceless. Granted I read the reviews and knew there were stairs, only one shower upstairs, and a full bathroom located in the cold garage... But these were small things we had no problem adjusting to considering all the pros. We had our 2 kids with us, 15 and the other 8 which we were celebrating her birthday, I had noticed I had completed forgotten any games for us to play so imagine my surprise and relief when I opened a cabinet saw the property had tons of board games already there! We had the best time playing and laughing most of the night. Overall this trip goes at the top of my list of G.O.A.T. vacations and my family already discussed it and we will returning to Hot Springs village!
