Beautiful, So Nice, Great Breakfast
This was our final stop on our three-week road trip from Austin (Georgetown) to Boston. On this lengthy and wonderful trip we have found that Hampton Inns (Hilton) are wonderful places with beautifully updated rooms, lobbies (all new!), pools (often indoor with hot tubs too. This beautiful hotel was as such! Nice bedding. Great bed. Pretty floors. Clean clean everything. Great breakfasts. Quality foods. The Hope, Arkansas hotel also had a touch of the local! A 212lb watermelon at the entry!! We love it! Great front desk. We loved the stay and recommend it! Oh! And really gorgeous flowers in the front!

The night desk clerk was just fantastic. We got there late and he got us checked in quickly. His was efficient and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and out the door we went to complete the last leg of our trip. We got a call from the the hotel when we were 1/2 from home. We had walked out of the dining area and left my wife's small suitcase behind! Going 7 hours back to pick it up was out of the question. The lady who called, Angel, told us her manager could take it to the post office and ship it to us and they could charge it to my credit card. They had it to the post office in less than an hour! I was already going to leave a positive review because of a pleasant stay, this locked it in. The room and breakfast were very nice, the STAFF was EXCELLANT!!

My room smelled like vomit. The hotel was sold out and I got in late so I didn’t even bother. Room 317 needs the carpet shampooed. Overall the staff is good and the people are nice, the rooms just need some more TLC
