The hotel is really great for the location. Just be ready for parking everyday around $40-$55. And if your room is located by the road you will hear the noise from outside. But everything is else is nice. Had a great stay overall.

The hotel itself no problem. But if you get a rental car be prepared to pay 51 dollars a day to park there. That’s where I probably want be back. We rent cars to see the inland, I feel sorry for the workers where do they park

I appreciated the central location—close to Waikiki Beach and the International Marketplace. However, the noise was a downside as the rooms lacked soundproofing. Thankfully, we had earplugs, which helped. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay, and the staff were fantastic!

Nice big room, comfortable 2 queen size beds. Big balcony with pretty views. Only couple things with that stay why I give 4 stars. One is that trash wasn’t empty every day and we had a tiny trash container in bathroom. Also, couldn’t figure out how to manage air conditioning there, cold air all the time even you turned it off. Another - I had complementary breakfast for two and guy on restaurant was looking bothered to serve us. Couple time kitchen was out of options in menu and good breakfast was only on first day of our stay. Portions get smaller and smaller and out of some items. Other than that it’s awesome hotel for adults only. Close to everything entertainment, shopping, public transportation.

Great location! Very spacious room with nice decor and amenities. We loved the deck pool Staff was very friendly & helpful. The only drawback was the street noise late at night but can’t be helped when you are in a prime location. We would definitely return here and would highly recommend

They had so many private events that we couldn’t access the restaurant or bar, when we did, staff were extremely rude. We had requested a top floor due to the street noise, when we arrived the put us on the 3rd floor. After the first night of no sleep they moved us to the 7th, not much different at all. People were partying in the hotel and on the street most of the night. Their Instagram account portrays this hip fun place with tons of amenities which was so far from the truth. The resort fee of $50/day gave us absolutely nothing. Even the pool was closed twice for a private event. They tried to charge us for 5 days of parking when we only had a car for two. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very trendy and new hotel with beautiful interior design in a walkable location close to everything. The room layout was a little weird since the tv was on the right side of the wall next to the bed, but that allowed for the bed to be balcony facing and have a few of the city while laying in bed rather than staring at a tv. The sheets were dirty our first night, but the maid service was excellent and did a great job each time they cleaned. I was very impressed with them! Everyone working at the hotel was nice, and those valet boys really hustle! Just be prepared to know you’re gonna have to valet everyday since parking is impossible, but in my opinion it was worth not having to worry about the lack of street parking and paying meters on time while you’re on vacation. STAY HERE! It’s bougie and beautiful.

Hotel was great, quiet, nice and cozy. It was close to the beach and shopping. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing that we noticed was the poor design of the showers. The glass screen was so small and barely covering the shower area that after each shower, half our washroom was soaked, despite our best efforts to be quick and tight against the wall. All in all still a great experience.

My wife and I spent three nights here during our honeymoon, and overall, we had a good time. The location was super convenient, just a 5 min walk to Waikiki Beach, and there’s a shopping mall nearby too. We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool at night. There’s also a Japanese Izakaya in the lobby that we decided to try. It was a bit pricey, but the wagyu skewers were amazing. We stayed on the 7th floor, and everything seemed great at first, but one night I woke up to a bed bug. I killed it, but after that, I couldn’t really get back to sleep. The next morning, I told the manager about it, and they immediately moved us to a room on the 10th floor, which was nice. The staff handled it really well, and I appreciated how quickly they responded. Even with the bug incident, I’d still consider coming back on a future trip.

Small pool, small room. Enjoyed refillable water bottle and super cold fridge. Bed was very comfortable! Nice location for walking to international market and other places.
