Welcome to Beach Haven, a stunning eight-bedroom and seven-and-a-half-bath luxury home just a five-minute walk from the beach! This vacation getaway has a private backyard with a pool with an in-ground spa, a waterslide, and a swim-up tiki table, as well as a covered patio with a pool and foosball table. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay from the rooftop deck!

Walk up the stairs to the main living floor, which has an adorable seating area with tropical flare and a TV and is naturally brightened by the balcony with Adirondack chairs and views of the backyard. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, countertop seating, and a fun dining room table.

Unwind after glorious beach days in the primary bedroom with a drink on the private balcony and refresh in the ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. There are five King bedrooms spread out on the second and third floor, and some feature ensuite bathrooms and balconies. The third floor has a hall bath with a shower and tub combination, and on the first floor, there is a half bath. The eighth bedroom is excellent for young kids and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room for extra accommodation.

Family Celebrations

We stayed here last August and had a wonderful time celebrating multiple graduations and cornerstone birthdays with family we do not get to see often enough. The walk to the beach was simple and the teenagers were free to come and go as they pleased. And the beach was breathtaking- we even had a manatee showing off its interpretive dancing in the surf amongst swimmers! The pool was fantastic. Even though they are not little kids, the teens, 20-somthings, and a few adults enjoyed the slide. The spa wasn't heating up at first (not that it is needed in August), but management was responsive and sent a tech out to check on it quickly. We are hoping to be able to do it again!

Great stay

Our check in process was easily accomplished with the kind assistance of Cindy. She was so helpful. The property gave us wonderful family time by the pool and at the beach. The sunsets were magnificent. Would definitely stay again.

Unusual vacation

The property was nice and proximity to the beach and restaurants was within walking distance. Property management company was difficult regarding communication. Hurricane info was just look at a website and we were asked to move outdoor furniture and evacuate. Food was taken from counter,fridge and freezer while we were gone Lost 3 days no compensation and only comment about stolen food was we should have purchased insurance. Also checkout time was 10am but cleaning people were in the driveway at 830 am. Also road and housing construction next door beginning at 7am. Because of construction could not get into driveway.

Wow what a beautiful house!!!

It was everything we needed! With 9 adults and 10 grandkids under 10 we all enjoyed this home! Plenty of room to have peace and quiet if you need it! Loved the pool and slide!! Enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful!! We had a strong one night and woke up with palm branches and coconuts in the hot tub! Short walk to the beach was nice but the red tide was bad. Burnt our eyes and coughed and got a sore throat. One of the best things was the ice cream place was a block away! The kids loved this! We had trouble with the dryer. It kept tearing clothes up. We had to go to the laundromat just a block away. They were very good at compensating us though for the ripped and stained clothing. I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family! Bring bug spray, mosquitoes were pretty bad!!

Solid location. Responsive management. Not clean. Floors with dirt everywhere. Chairs and sofas with crumbs everywhere. Light switches dirty everywhere. List goes on and on. The cost at a 5-star rate was not worth the value.

Great House

We lived our stay at Beach Haven. Everyone had their own bedrooms and for the most part, bathrooms. The adults loved the rooftop deck for sunrises and late night glasses of wine. The water slide was a big hit with all the kids. Nice 2-3 block walk to the beach but the kids’ favorite was the one block walk to Small Town Creamery which they did every day for a yummy ice cream treat. Perfect house for multi-family trips. Would definitely rent again!

Fabulous house

Beach Haven was a fabulous house for our large family ranging in ages from 2.5 months to 65 years. The kitchen was well equipped and updated, we had plenty of towels and the decor was perfect. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach with tents and little ones, but wagons were provided. Exploring the island was not an option due to COVID-19. Fantastic rental and we had a blast.

Stay at Beach Haven

We loved our week stay at Beach Haven on Anna Maria Island! The location of the house is perfect, close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a very short walk on a quiet road to the beach. The house was awesome! We loved the many private bedroom/bathroom suites with plenty of privacy for everyone. The common areas are beautiful and the pool area is amazing! The only drawback were the mosquitos! AMI locals was very quick to respond to a minor problem. Check in and check out was super easy and convenient! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

Awesome vacation!

We had an amazing week at Beach Haven. Everything was just perfect. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for the week. The backyard is truly spectacular. We spent a ton of time in the pool and game area. Highly highly recommend!

Family Memories

We had a wonderful time at this property! Perfect place to gather as a family. Everyone was able to have their own personal space and also be together! Very comfortable, clean and great location! I will warn that the outdoor area we thought we would be in the entire time and due to the bugs and shade, we didn’t enjoy it like we hoped to! My kiddos left with a lot of bug bites, definitely invest in some sort of repellent! Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. They made it very easy for a large party to feel at home and have SO MUCH fun! Would definitely stay here again & have had many friends ask about the property after seeing my photos!

Property suited our large group of 12 adults ,everyone had their own washroom . The management company was prompt and efficient . Location was a quick walk to the beach . Pool area is very private ...oasis. Restaurants and shops are a short walk .

A Week in Paradise

This house provided the perfect fit for our family’s get together - 6 sisters celebrating our mother’s 95th birthday. Everyone enjoyed the king bedrooms with en-suites. The pool and outdoor living area were resort-style. The rooftop deck to watch sunsets was awe inspiring. The hot tub was a nice touch here too! The island provided lots to see and do - beach, shopping, refreshments - all within a short walking distance. The Waterfront Restaurant was worth the very short drive for great seafood. A wonderful experience all around!
