Spring Break
Pool is awesome and location is great. Very clean and management company responsive. Bedrooms are a little weird in that they are in a line and you need to walk through each bedroom to get to the next. But other than that the house was great.

Had a blast!
My family had a great time at the house! It is only about a half block to the beach and the chairs and wagon make for a fun beach day! And when you are done at the beach come back and enjoy the awesome pool! The only thing we found as a minor problem was the trash was not picked up and actually had to call to get the garbage picked up. And when the pool people came to clean the pool they seemed to clean just what could be seen from outside the fence, the whirlpool was dirty the whole time and some leaves and debris towards the back of the pool. It wasn’t a huge deal just figured if you are paying someone to clean the pool they should be cleaning the whole pool. Other than that it was a great vacation and can’t wait to come back to AMI again for the 6th year!

Great beach property
Our family had a nice relaxing time on Anna Maria Island. The pool was the perfect size to relax and play with our kids, and the beach was about a 2 minute walk across the street!

Couldn't have asked for more!
We had a wonderful week long stay here and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect location. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed. The best part was the private pool! My two teenage kids really enjoyed having it at their disposal, plus a bedroom for each of them and a nice master bedroom for us. It's a great house in an idyllic location. I hope we get to come back!
