Free parking, WIFI & desk space, free local/long distance calling, tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 60" TV's, 1 40" tv, 2 swimming pools, hot tub, AC, kayak/paddleboard launch. Paddleboard, tennis racquets, pickleball racquets for your use. We also have a golf cart for separate rental at $60 day.
