Updated 1/1 Condo in a quiet community on gorgeous Anna Maria Island. You will be blocks away from the beautiful white sand beach and free island trolley.

Your vacation rental is loaded with extras from an Echo Dot to a remote vacuum to help keep the beach grit away!

This complex has two heated pools, a tennis/pickleball court, and a kayak launch on-site. In addition, you will be within walking distance to CVS Pharmacy, Publix Supermarket, restaurants, and ice cream shops (our personal favorite).

A fully stocked kitchen is a rare find in a rental. We personally like to cook and made sure that everything we would want is there. If you need something else, reach out - if possible, we will get it to you!

Summer 2024 - added a Tempur-Pedic Cloud king mattress for the bedroom and brand new reclining sofa and love seat for the living room.

The family room has a 75 inch TV with built in Netflix. Spectrum basic cable and a Netflix account is supplied, just in case you have issues logging into your Netflix.

For your beach days, we have a pushcart, your choice of beach chairs, lots of beach towels, extra beach bags, and your choice of umbrellas or a Cool Cabana!

If you are traveling with your furry friends, we have supplied a dog bed, toys, leashes and extra collection bags.

Your balcony overlooks the lush pool area with a bistro style table and chairs, in addition to two Adirondack Chairs. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, or bird watching on a lazy afternoon. In case the sun gets to be too much, we have a 9' lighted umbrella to keep you cool.

First week of our stay was very nice, the last 3 weeks have been very noisy and inconvenient with the whole project undergoing rehab and exterior remodeling of stairs, front porches screen removal, handrails on second floors and irrigation systems updating which was not pointed out during booking and was known prior to. Left early by a day as the workers were solely on our building and couldn’t get out of unit during process at all. When construction is completed, reportedly by end of October, would be a great place.

This condo was in the perfect location! We could see the intracoastal waterway and it was close to shopping and the beach. Tara thought of almost everything we could need. The interior was new, clean and bright!

This was our second stay at Tara’s condo on AMI. The first year we visited was our honeymoon, and we loved our stay so much we came back this year with our first baby on the way. The condo to our surprise was updated and even more beautiful than it already was! We love this condo because it’s PERFECT location, walkable to beaches, shopping (grocery and other) and beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset set. It is so comfortable, quiet and clean. It has everything stocked that you may need for the beach! Tara is a true angel and pleasure to rent from. We feel so welcomed and look forward to coming back yearly! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Perfect Condo. Perfect stay!
The condo is beautiful. Spacious and convenient to everything. We loved our stay here and felt right at home. I cannot say enough good things about it. Stores are close by and the beach is just down the street. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great large walk in closet and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals while having a great view or watching tv. Balcony was spacious and we spent alot of time just relaxing and having a cocktail. Great place, lovely hostess
Would absolutely recommend this property as a great place for a solo traveler or small group. The location was great, walkable to the beach, grocery store, and trolley stop. Tara, the property owner was responsive and even dropped off a yoga mat for me. The apt was stocked with beach items, good kitchenware, and was clean. The community pool was well-maintained and was like having a private pool (I only saw one other guest the week I was there). Price was competitive and a good value. Thanks for everything, Tara!

Condo was very clean upon check in! Tastefully decorated, with every utensil you might need. Location isn’t prime, but also not bad. A little further from the beach than I would prefer. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. My only complaint was the coffee maker, it could use a Keurig.

Positively perfect!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The location is so convenient to grocery store, shops, church, and of course the beach! The sun rises, and the sunsets just spectacular! The condo is very clean and modern and beautifully decorated! I highly recommend this property.
