Our reservation was for 1 night. The first thing you notice is the appearance of the property. The lack of landscaping and dirty building exterior. Stephen was working the front desk. He was nice, and he tried to help. When we went into the first room. The room smelled like mildew. There was no way we were sleeping in this room. We were offered another room. It wasn't much better. We decided to cancel at that point.

The facility is rundown. We have stayed at this property for over 20 years when we come into town. It has been 4 years since our last visit and the hotel is rundown. Toilets over flowing, sheets feel gross and moist, air in room smells musty, not sanitized, unclean and dirty. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful but only so much they can do. They did let us change rooms, not much better. We were ready to get out of there. We all felt dirty and slept terrible. We used to look forward to staying there, no more.

Hotel was old and outdated. Bugs were crawling around. Big gaps were around the door. Loud music late at night. The personal at the hotel was great. They went out of their way for you.

I had a handicap room but there was a regular tub and a shower chair. I was able to get in and out of the tub but had to be extra careful not to fall. The room needed to be updated but it was super clean. The gentleman who checked me in was extremely knowledgeable about the area and where to eat.

The staff was excellent, but the facilities were very run down. Carpet needs to be replaced with vinyl flooring, walls need painting, bathroom: tub has hole in side, sealing needs repairs, the entire hotel needs an upgrade. If it was not for the nice staff, we would not have stayed there .
