The space
The Beachhouse consist of four private newly renovated modern apartments and tastefully furnished. The backyard is waterfront with a private beach (shared with other guests) that has a tropical feel with multiple sitting/BBQ areas with fire pits, BBQ smoker, gas grills, gazebo ,water toys, Kayaks, picnic tables, and outdoor shower

This was my second time at this location and my family and I had a wonderful time. As usual, check-in was super easy and the unit was immaculate and filled with comfy, cozy furniture. Well appointed kitchen with all the gadgets you need to prepare meals. Backyard beach sits right on the bay and was again a huge hit. So nice to wake up and see the water while making your coffee and breakfast. The property owner is incredibly friendly and has been warm and welcoming both times I've visited. He is super helpful and realy goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. You can walk to local shops and restaurants. Very close to sandy hook beach...just a short car ride or bike ride away in this quaint little beach town. Will definitely return again next year!

The apartment is very clean and well situated. Walking distance to restaurants. The outdoor porch is wonderful. Street parking is hit or miss but there is a free parking lot a short distance away.

A very nice place with wonderful water view for a cozy beach getaway. It had everything we needed, and the owner was very nice and accommodating. We had a great vacation and would consider coming back!

Fantastic host and pleasant stay
Capt Ron was an excellent host. Very friendly, always willing to answer any questions, and has a beautiful place to vacation. Parking is a little tight in the neighborhood, but not terrible. Walking distance to plenty of local restaurants and bars. Nice little beach with plenty of amenities, very well done and tasteful. If planning on using the trundle bed in the second bedroom, it is a very tight fit and you can’t really move around when it is pulled out. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!
