My bathroom was not cleaned well. The persons prior to me obviously took a bath and there was a dirty ring around the tub

The room was very dirty, and the outside was covered in cigarette buds. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Holes in our curtains. Overall a bad experience. We cut our stay by two days because of these issues.

The staff member on duty made no eye contact & simply said I need your ID, then put her hand out for my credit card. The room was decent, but the stool was very worn, peeled, veneer on bathroom door peeled, and sitting chaiir was visibly very dirty. The area outside of our room was trashy and unkept.
