Our room was absolutely clean. The staff is so nice. The front staff was really my favorite. So kind, helpful and attentive

Refrigerator in my room didn't work. Had to move to another room. 2nd floor ice machine either broken (or emptied by an inconsiderate guest?) Had to go to another floor for ice. Otherwise all was fine. Staff was very nice.

Checkin was 2pm arrived at 2:30 room was not ready told needed 20 mins they said maid was already cleaning left and returned in thirty min room was not ready had to wait 10 more mins.

Wonderful staff! Clean, very large rooms. Microwave and large refrigerator. Nice pool. Close to shopping, dining, and downtown Lincolnton. Great stay.
