The front of this property and the back of the property are totally different. When I arrived they put me in the back of the hotel. There were like 20 guys outside by my door yelling and hollering. Music blaring so loud that the pictures on the walls were shaking. This was all night long. Then cars will pull in honk twice be there a few minutes then leave all night. The next morning I asked front desk about it and they pretended to know nothing about it. Asked to at least be moved to the front of the hotel and closer to the office which they did do. It was still loud but more muffled because it was all happening in the back. Still never felt safe there. I would barricade my door with the table and a crate I travel with and would never ever leave my room at night. If you are traveling alone, want quiet and want to feel safe this is not the hotel for you. I have stayed with Baymont properties all the time traveling and it has always been a great hotel. Now however, it is horrible I do not recommend it at all.

Nasty room don't stay here!!!!!!
The worst Hotel stay I have ever stayed in, stink bugs, room not cleaned before I checked in, sheets looked like they were never changed, towels had stains and looked like they should have been changed out 10 years ago, pillow case had stains on it dirt in the bed sheets, TV didn't work, would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I could not open the door when attempting to leave. Deadbolt was stuck. Called front desk. Assistant came. Around 10 minutes after pushing against it.assistant using his key, it finally released. In addition, breakfast was terrible. Refrigerated scrambled eggs. Thick toast, muffins, coffee, orange & apple juice was the entire menu.

I wasnt able to get there because of the hurricane and closed roads, spent 6 hours on the phone trying to change reservation. Even Glen tried to help. I protested this with my credit card and paypal. Your customer service is horrible. It wasnt my fault the hurricane hit.

My boss booked this room for me and because I couldn’t get her the day she set it up when I showed up for the 3 rd night that was paid for. I was I had no room. I haven’t slept showered for days due to Helena storm and had to fight to get a room. And then after 45 mins of fighting. The room I was given was disgusting pubic hairs on the toilet. Dirty towels and sheets looked like blood on them

Why would you charge a 100 dollar deposit and not tell no one before the room is booked then when checking in the deposit is charged to your card before your informed of the charge this is crazy and most other hotels only charge 50 dollars but they tell you before the charge is made also the hotel advertised free hot breakfast there was nothing hot about a cup cake

Late Travels
Checked in kind of late, front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. I wanted a room on the front and lower floor, they had 1 available. Room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable, and air conditioner worked well. Would definitely stay here again

When we check into our room, we walked around for a quick inspection and found urine on the toilet seat, dirt stains on 2 towels. Dirt stains on the bed lines, trash still on the floor in the bathroom. This was gonna be a NO GO, so we found different lodging accomodations. We will never stay at this location again.
