The staff was great and the hotel was clean. The rooms were very nice and appears to be updated. The only reason for three stars for the property co diction was because there were obvious “dated” and worn areas (cracked tiles, etc.); however, the renovations were in progress, so it appears these are being currently addressed.

Very Nice!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plus they were gracious enough to allow us to transfer our stay from last year to this year due to unforeseen circumstances. We were coming down for a mud obstacle event that we couldn't make due to car problems last year but we didn't havel hotel insurance but they were very accommodating. Our room was very clean and quiet even though the hotel was packed on the night we stayed. Very friendly staff as well!!

Lipstick on a pig?

The hotel smelled as soon as you walked in. Very small breakfast/lobby area. Room was quasi-renovated but very old and definitely in need of modernization. It was quiet and bed was comfortable - just not up to Wingate standard imho.

The bed was terrible. We both tossed and turned all night. Morning we went down for breakfast and the eggs were empty and the potatos were empty as well. They said it would be 15 min for eggs but potatoes were still frozen. So we left and had to pay for breakfast. Sucked as we did not count on spending $40 when breakfast should be free.

Good location close to eating establishments and shopping malls. Nice staff and breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. On going renovation in main lobby and pool was a detractor limiting the facility use. Very noisy in hallway and rooms on the 3rd floor.
