This hotel is a joke. When i arrived the room was not vacuumed, the locks where so loose i could've broke them from the inside. A staff member was super rude when i asked for a room card for my dog walker. I will never stay stay here again... ever!

This is the worst stay I’ve ever had for a hotel/Inn. There wasn’t even a receptionist at night and they’d hung up on you when calling them. What kind of customer service is this?

Worst motel I’ve ever seen or stayed at!!!!!!!!
It was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Very dirty they actually changed my room at first due to dirty conditions of 1st room. The second room wasn’t much better. At night the neighbors were very loud and the hallways haven’t been cleaned and vacuumed in forever. This was the only motel in town with a room or I would’ve NEVER stayed. This is unbelievable and to top it off I was charged $166 for the night. Terrible place. I wish I knew how to get a refund believe me. Don’t ever stay there!!!

The super 8 in Helena was a dive, always were dirty rooms were small and dirty, I only stayed the first night and then left. I was stuck for paying the next four nights! I booked three nights at Days inn through hotels.com, it was nice and clean

They charged my card over and over again even after check in, and my fees were paid. Absolutely absurd! The place was dirtier than I expected. Felt unsafe. Won’t stay here again, even in a bind id rather sleep in my car!

The room condition was poor and lack of maintenance. It's stuffy and the complimentary breakfast was poor. However, the staff and front desk receptionist's behavior was excellent.

Would never stay here again. Our rooms ac unit blew nothing but hot air. Beds hard as a rock. Tiny non-hd tv. Toilet was leaking on the floor but they had no other rooms available to move is and the manager refused to comp our room back or at least partial comp stating that "we are already getting a discount rate". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
