Front desk attendant all he could say was NO! Never tried for a solution. Toilet ran all night. Air Conditioner sounded like a helicopter was landing all night, had to shut it off and try to get some rest in a hot room. While the person up stairs was stomping all night. The front desk said NO to a room change from the get go when the refrigerator had water coming out of it, when we first walked into the room. Also NO to put some frozen items in the freezer for us. Then when I called for a late check out due to a conference call I had to be on at check out time the answer was NO again. NO NO NO is all I heard from him which in turn makes me never want to stay at a Holiday Inn again. Especially in Hiawassee GA.

TThis location was well kept, the rooms spacious for a hotel, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast offered many options. Would definitely stay here again.

My first experience here just a year ago was incredible! Staff was outstanding!! This time checking in the man was so rude. It was enough I would probably stay somewhere else next time we are in town. Too bad cause the hotel is newly renovated and nice and clean. Breakfast is wonderful and the indoor pool is a treat!

The outside of the property and the interior hallways don't represent how nice the rooms are. The rooms are actually much nicer inside. It was a nice property, quiet and cozy. Only stayed overnight while taking a trip to the area. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay for a weekend. Easy drive from hotel to sights in the area. Breakfast bar was good. Staff was excellent. I left an item in my room. Called while I was driving and Lisa went to the room and retrieved my item for me so a friend could pick it up later.

Beautiful place to stay. Super clean my family an I enjoyed it very much. My 1 yr twins ran around the room the floors were clean carpet as well. We stayed in a king room and we had two playpens we still had sufficient room. Absolutely loved this place.

It was a great trip the only problem I had was I couldn't take a shower or a bath because of all the dirt and scum in the bathtub other than that everything was perfect the beds were soft the breakfast was good the people at the desk were great we had a good time thank you for everything
