Offering fashionable finishes and a creative bedding dynamic that creates a seamless lodging experience for skiers in large family groups, corporate groups or couples retreats alike, this property has a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, breakfast bar and spacious main level floor plan that opens to the cozy stacked stone fireplace and seating area. A large rustic dining table provides additional seating for meals and entertainment. A gas stubbed barbecue is available for grilling on the deck.

The main level offers two bedroom suites; a King master with gorgeous ensuite bath and private hot tub off the master patio, and a Queen suite with adjacent full bath. With laundry, kitchen and living room on the main, guests of all ages can relax après ski. The lower level offers a ping pong table as well as a Queen Jr master with adjacent bath. The garage provides all kinds of hooks and storage for a mid-sized vehicle, ski equipment, bikes, paddle boards and more.

The upstairs level is a large bonus bunk room space, offering two Full over Full bunk sets (4 Full size beds) and each with Twin trundles underneath in this space, plus a Queen sleep sofa! While the upper bunks can't handle 2 sleepers over 10 years old due to weight limitation, the bunk suite can accommodate 10-12 small children or 7 teens comfortably. This room has incredible views with space for children to relax and play, a full bath, and large walk in closet.

Great, except property manager
Property was beautiful. Nice setup, good quality. Only downside was two of the bathroom sinks were completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. Two emails and a phone call later, the problem was never resolved.

Great place and great location
Nice new home in a great subdivision. Close enough to Park City and Heber City and far enough away to feel secluded and off the grid. The home is nice and clean with great appliances and finishes and a great little hot tub. Large 2 car garage and a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped, lots of beds, close to everything!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was beautiful, all modern and new furnishings and super well equipped with everything you could need - from laundry detergent, to pots and pans, and even board games! It was close to Park City, Deer Valley, and Main Street as long as you have a car... there isn't much within walking distance. There were plenty of beds for everyone to spread out on all levels, and also plenty of bathrooms, which was also nice! The only downside was that the hot tub is only accessible by walking THROUGH the master bedroom, right next to the master bed... there isn't a back deck or any way to walk around the home either. When the couple staying in the master wanted to get ready for bed, everyone had to get out of the hot tub and come in. Other than that weird quirk, we had a wonderful time!
