Fire alarm went each night during visit. Other activities I believe are going on there. I would not recommend to any person to stay there unless desperate for accommodations.

My stay was unremarkable; the room was nice. Having no window to the outside was a bummer (can't leave the curtains open to the corridor outside if you value your privacy). The cleaning folks did a great job; my apologies to them - I had NO cash to leave but change...sorry!

The bed sank in the middle and was uncomfortable to sleep in. The toilet seat did not stay up which made it difficult for my husband to use. The fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to call three times to ask them to check the room for an item I may have left behind because they never returned my calls with the answer when they said they would check. They finally upon my third call said they didn’t find it but I doubt anyone looked for it at all. They did not apologize for not calling me back or give me any explanation.

This isn’t a traditional holiday inn, it is an extended stay. The hotel is out dated, dark has small rooms with long term guest stays.

The rooms are very old looking. There were no towels at all in the room. Had to call the front desk and request towels. Just everything was so outdated. Very disappointed. Had stayed at other Holiday Inns before and they were much better. Would not stay here again!

Nice but Noisy

The hotel itself is very clean and updated. The sound proofing in the room needed updating. While in the bathroom you can hear the tv and talking from the adjoining room. While sleeping we could hear snoring through the ceiling from the upstairs room.

Very disappointed with the hotel over the years. They seem to allow affordable housing or welfare people to live there. I was double charged and called 4 times to speak to the manager who kept dodging me. I had to get my bank involved to get the money back. Horrible service. Place is old and dirty. Don’t go.

Bring Your Own Pillows

I booked for 2 adults and a 16 year old kid. They provided 2 towels, it was late when we were showering and noone wanted to go to the desk amd have to wait for one to be brought to us. Th pillows we awful, a blanket would've been more comfortable.

Equal to South of the Border in South Carolina

The room was certainly not worth $350. Id say $150 at most. The bathroom ceiling rig job of drywall was bizarre. It was also moldy around edges. Clearly someone who isnt a carpenter fixed a major leak at some point. They banged my card for $25 for deposit and said it would take 2 days to refund. It took 8 and me calling to ask where it was. it was then that they processed it. I have a feeling they do that and hope people dont notice so they make extra money. In the hallway they have storage of old toilets and cabinets and countertops pilled up. Looks like they been there for years. No way Id ever stay here again. We stay at alot of places and this was equal to Something at south of the border. Lol.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. the room was great, the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. My only complaint was the long walk from my car to my room.
