Hotel was extremely outdated, the room stunk like it had been smoked in for a long time in the past. The bathroom was small and outdated; it was “clean” but the corners where the grout met the wall and floor were black. There was something inside the shower drain that obstructed the water from flowing down the drain so we were not able to shower as I wasn’t about to touch whatever it was. The mattresses were comfortable but were worn and sank in and transferred movement easily. The area around the hotel didn’t have much to offer, but that’s not the hotel’s issue.

The rooms at this hotel are clean and quiet. The staff, from the front desk to the kitchen were all friendly and eager to help. The food was ample and very good, having both breakfast and dinner included in the room price is an added bonus. The overall rating, however, is brought down by the cleanliness of the parking lot surrounding the hotel, there is too much litter and too many cigarette butts. Picking up trash is simple, gives a better first impression, and discourages others from littering.

Nice hotel for an overnight travel stop with the family. Friendly staff, clean room, and good hot food for evening kickback and breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable.

Staff are outstanding. Evening reception was wonderful. I can't believe that they had soup, nachos with all the works-including meat, hot dogs, and you got 3 drinks with the kickback and relax evening reception. It was so nice to not have to go out for dinner and very relaxing. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable -5 stars for this hotel and the staff. Rhonda, Tiffany, Dawn, and Chase you guys rock!!
