Great place to stay in Hatch
We loved the home! Great place to stay and quick communication with owners. We stayed a couple of nights while we visited Bryce Canyon. We had everything we needed. The view is amazing from the home (especially at night). We felt like we were in a planetarium at night! Highly recommend this home

Mountain biking Red Canyon
Rented this property to use as a base for mountain biking Red Canyon trails. It was a great location for this, and also a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. We took multiple families, some did mountain biking and some hiked Bryce Canyon. There was plenty of room for all.

hiking in southern Utah
We stayed at the property with another couple for 4 days of hiking in Bryce and surroundings. Got to house and found that the second bathroom upstairs did not have a working shower, so other couple had to use downstairs shower which did not have enough pressure. The grill was dirty and there was no propane when we got there at dinner time. The owner brought us a tank the next day. The washing machine didn't work either, which was very disappointing. They couldn't get it fixed while we were there. Other than that, the house was very comfortable, good wifi and tvs. And, given that it was very rural, there were very few other options.

Disappointed
We stayed at this property from 8/21-23. The house itself is as pictured: well appointed and charming. There is a basement that serves as entertainment area with lots of board games. However, the house had a foul odor that smelled of rotten fish when we first checked in. We traced it back to the garbage disposal that didn't seem to be cleaned very well before we got there. The dishwasher was also full of dishes, pots and pans. What was even more strange that the fridge was full of food including cans of beer, ice cream bars and various condiments as if someone was still living there. When I notified the owner, she said that she instructed her maid to do this to so that future guests would have items to use. Very strange in this era of Covid. We also had other issues: The toilet in the upstairs bath would run continuously. A day or 2 before check in- we were told that the shower in the upstairs bathroom was broken and could not be used. We were told that we would receive a 10% discount for the inconvenience which would be in the form of a reimbursement after our stay. We assumed that this was 10% off the entire rate. Afterward, we found out that they were only going to give us 10% off the NIGHTLY RATE which was almost a 40% difference from what we thought we would be getting back. When I contacted the owner, she said that there was nothing she could do and that I would have to take it up with Evolve. When I contacted Evolve, I was transferred from person to person. They requested that I submit data ( pics and emails) as proof to all my claims. Fortunately, I did take pics and had the email threads between myself and the owner. The issue was settled 2 weeks later . Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and the hassle that I had to go through to hold them accountable to their initial claims has dampened the pleasant memories from the trip.

Great for mixed family
Had 4 different family groups. Plenty of rooms for sleeping privately and great to have two separate living spaces for both kids and adults. Had closet of toys and games and great outdoor space. Kitchen was a little small for the amount of people, but overall a great experience.

Perfect location
The property is exactly as described on web site. Nine in our family from 22 to 82. Basement was a little cooler than we expected but not a problem . Well equipped kitchen. Lots of games and four TVs. The barbecue worked well and we loved being so close to Bryce for early entry.

Wonderful Home
We really enjoyed this home! Our children loved the basement with lots of games and plenty of space to play. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, comfortable couches and beds, and well stocked kitchen. We brought four wheelers with us, and a kind neighbor pointed out all the dirt trails nearby, and how to get to Bryce Canyon on these roads. It was so fun to explore right from our home without having to load and unload our four wheelers. We would happily stay here again:)
