Great Stay, Especially for the Price

We picked it for the pool and hot tub and the family really enjoyed both. Breakfast was plentiful in options and my husband enjoyed the cold brew. The staff was wonderful, always working hard and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The only negatives were the tiny shower that had hair clumps stuck to the walls and the pull out couch needed a cleaning and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else was perfect.

We booked this room for a bike trip…. The room was pricey, but it looked worth it. Upon check-in we got a room with a twin bed, booked a queen…. The description said ‘full kitchen’. No oven, bought food to cook…. The guy that checked us in was standoffish and rude… I went back to give him a second try and he failed again. The room was clean and shower had great pressure!

Check in was a disaster. There were multiple weddings checking in and only one person working at the front desk. This one person did not know which rooms were available (even though it was after 3 PM check-in time) and had to use a radio to go back and forth several times to find us a room.

Dated hotel

The hotel is dated and our room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom had hair throughout it and the shampoo and conditioner that is meant to be attached to the bathroom walls were sitting in the bathtub as if someone had ripped them out.
