Rooms were really nice and new we enjoyed that but i was annoyed to find no towels in the room when I arrived and it wasnt just me another guest didnt have towels as well because he thought I was bringing him towel when he saw them in my hands ,no one checked the rooms to see if we needed toilet paper or new towels the next day so at midnight i had to go get a roll of toilet paper, towels needed to be thrown away they were really bad with huge stains on them

Hair dryer had something greasy on it and what was clearly pubic hair. No soft lighting so could see to get to bathroom at night. Loud music at night which seemed to be coming from next door? Towels did not smell clean and had stains.

I almost didn’t book this hotel because of the reviews but I’m SO GLAD I DID! The hotel is under construction but only the lobby and the 2nd floor. The room we had was super updated and brand new! The front desk worker was super helpful and got us anything we asked for super quick! I am so glad we decided to book w them

Miserable Stay
Smoke detector malfunction at 4:30am, chirping every minute… called front desk times an after over an hour someone came up but couldn’t fix it… finally 4 hours later it was fixed after multiple attempts. In the meantime, could not rest so showered only to discover that there was only one bath towel for my husband and I to use. Hotel also under shotty construction. All in all miserable stay that costs us about $160!

No “welcome to our hotel”just a court “checking in” and here is your key. No towels in room upon arrival. When they arrived they were stained. Hair dryer non working. Noisy fans/heaters constantly. No upholstered chair in room but there was a small ottoman. On a good note beds were comfortable. Other than that way overpriced.

Good stay
An all around great stay. The property overcharged me but I was reimbursed the overage after contacting Hotels.com. It was stated that some fresh towels needed to be brought to my room and, after asking if additional towels can be brought, a staff member brought us a bunch of fresh towels. Excellent service. At the time of this review, the hotel was making renovations, so be patient with the appearance.

The hotel was under construction. Front desk staff was indifferent and not welcoming. The room was clean. There was an overpowering smell of marijuana in the building.

This isn't Kansas Toto
It was an overnight stay, ad I a glad it was. They were doing renovations in the lobby and second floor, so the appearance took us by surprise. We were on the third floor but we still felt stuffy when we woke up. There was just one small bar of soap to was with, so we are lucky we brought our own soap. Again, I am glad it was an overnight stay, because I wouldn't have been able to stay there a second night.

The room was newly renovated which was nice although there was no hangers or suitcase holder in closet. The entire building including our room reeked of pot/weed. I also thought I booked a room with 2 beds and a couch but had no proof. I did book through expedia and this is the second time this happened to me and I book lots of types of reservations on line. I also thought when described as a "suite" it was more than 2 double beds and I thought it cost too much for what we got. Not even coffee in lobby. little coffee maker[/packets in room make worst coffee ever.

I called two days before and was told I could arrive for early check in at 2AM when my flight came in. When I got there the frontdesk person told me I didn’thave reservation. One he found it he then told me he was never notified about an early check in. He called someone who said they couldn’t charge me until 6AM. When I asked how early I coukd check in they still said noon. I slept in my car in their parking lot until 7AM when I went to get food. Once I did check in I went to my room and the door was open. I went in and the bed had obviously been slept in and was un-made. They immediately switched my room. The place is under construction and the elevator doors slowly creak closed.
