Everything was great the only thing I had an issue was the couch had a big sticky stain, and the shower floor had a lot of hair from other people. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. But I did wish they had Netflix on the tv, like the hotel across the street from this place,

We had 2 rooms booked and the second room was only available after 5pm. Considering we had an event at 6 this was not convenient at all. Spoke to manager and he said there was nothing he could do. Asked for a credit or some type of compensation and we received nothing. Lack of staff. Lack of service. Would not recommend and would not go back.

I arrived at 4pm and my room was not ready which I understand as I know everyone is short staffed. She read out my number to me, said it would be about 20 minutes and she would call. 45 minutes later when I went back she told me they didn't call me because my number wasn't in the profile. I found that really infuriating that she lied to me
