Great stay!
The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but they gladly moved us. The hall on the new floor had an odor, but the room was fine. I think housekeeping heard us talking about the odor because when we left our room to go eat, the scent was fresh in the hallway. Overall it was a nice stay and I would gladly go back next time. The food was excellent in the restaurant. The Chef even came to speak to us at our table. Very nice experience!

This Hilton Garden Inn in Glastonbury was in a perfect location near a wedding that we were to attend. The hotel offered all the amenities that we needed, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Shower head fell on my foot and we were not able to screw it back in. This was 10 PM at night. So in the morning we had to take a shower without the shower head. So the force of the water on our head was a very bad experience. Also the hair dryer was damaged and did not work. Also the sink faucet handle came out and we had to screw that one in.

For this being a Hilton hotel I was surprised that the room decor was old and outdated. Thank goodness it was for a one night stay only for business and not for leisure. The color of the wall paper was dull and the couch and furniture was old and outdated. The price was not worth the condition of the room. Bathroom was the same. Needs to be updated and renovated. Hilton should not charge what they did for this room. If it was for the convenience of my course I wouldn’t have stayed here. Not sure if I would return!
