I liked the size of the suite. It was clean, well stocked, had a great bed along with nice views of the sunset over the autumn colored hills of northern Connecticut. Perfect, right? The problem I had with the stay: It was a Friday night and until I complained there was a rug cleaner running a machine in the hallway that nearly drove me insane. Friday nite at 7pm? Who’s making THAT call? I don’t blame the rug cleaner; he was just doing his job but management needs to manage.

Really awesome view overlooking the entire area. Beautiful new facility, well-maintained. Room had a unique, functional layout. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. … Except that Hyatt apparently forgot the most basic rule of hotel hospitality: provide a good night’s sleep! Gorgeous multimillion dollar facility with all the accoutrements, but our king-sized bed came what my wife correctly called 4 dinky “pillow nuggets” for the 2 of us. How weird. We both spent a restless night in this beautiful place which we’ll never do again. Back to Hilton or Marriott or IHG for us.

Property needs attention… bathroom wall around shower on outside nasty… hall carpet down corridor needs replacing …breakfast is subpar…sausage patties terrible..eggs must be made from a powder mix…hash browns were excellent…breakfast supplier needs to be replaced with a quality product

The property is very well-maintained. I was a little disappointed in the noise from guests the night I stayed. Guests have to sign a waiver/agreement about no noise after 10pm and it appears a couple families did not adhere to it. I was kept up past 1am from two women constantly yelling at each other in the hallway.
