Beware! 1st come, 1st serve shuttle

Tried signing up for 4am shuttle to the airport but were told it was full. After bantering for several minutes, the desk clerk offered to add an earlier shuttle. This is an airport shuttle hotel, not a place to stay for pleasure. Their shuttle only holds 6 passengers… really???

There wasn't much to choose from for their continental breakfast. The seal around the room door wasn't great. It let a lot of light in at night. The staff was great and it was clean

When we got to the room the ceiling light barely worked, toliet seat broken, tub didnt hold water, AC/hest unit incredibly loud, beds we extremely uncomfortable, given a very thin blanket with holes

Nightmare in Days Inn in CT

Room was old, dirty and beat up. Mold on the tub and musty smell. Noisy people slamming doors and speaking loudly early in the morning hours. Couldn’t get good sleep. Windows wouldn’t close securely and we were on the first floor. Will never there here again or recommend to anyone !!!!

It cost $3 more than the motel we used in Sacramento before our flight. While both had airport shuttle service and free breakfast, they were vastly different. This place was old and not very well kept up. It smelled unappealing. When I opened the room door, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke covered up by powerful-smelling chemicals. We heard banging from the next room, planes taking off and landing, and toilets flushing.There was no dining facility or pool. The grounds for the property are well kept. It’s safe and very quiet. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a plus. For the price this is the best for the area. I would definitely stay again.

The room was damp and smelled of mold: towels, bedding, toilet paper, all damp. Bathroom wasn't properly cleaned: soap scum in the shower, hair in the sink. Upholstered chair hadn't been cleaned, also damp with food in the cushion. The floor was buckling from the dampness too. What I liked: the staff was very kind and polite. The proximity to the airport and shuttle service was good. And I felt safe as a single female traveler. Wasn't worried about my car being left there while away.
