I've stayed here before and enjoyed the location and the staff so I booked again. Many thanks to Laura for the recommendation to go to Dinosaur State Park for an afternoon walk when my business plans changed. She is really nice and helpful.

House keeping never came during our two day stay. There was a non identifying broken door that slammed on my boyfriend’s hand and he ended up getting a 2 inch laceration on his finger receiving 4 stitches. There was a faulty fan in the basement that was smoking burning plastic and at 4 AM the fire alarm was triggered and the fire department did not come for 45 minutes.

It was a nice enough room and seemed clean however there were a couple of stains on the sofa arm rest and ottoman. Breakfast is not supplied. For the rate they charge it is way overpriced. I have booked similar rooms for around half of the cost AND breakfast was included. I would assume it is the area.

Can’t believe this is a Marriott hotel. I have traveled to over 70 countries and stayed at many Marriott hotels over the years. This hotel is the absolute worst one I’ve ever stayed at. Rating 2 stars because I was given a refund. The front desk was not friendly or ever available when I tried to call 6X. I specifically asked for a room with a lot of sunlight since I have terrible allergies to dust and mildew/mold. Sunlight really makes a difference for my allergies. I was given a really dark room with a bathroom that was covered in mildew and mold. I didn’t get any sleep from the horrible smell and itchy eyes/skin. Someone from the hotel staff claimed the black stains in the toilet and shower were from hard water. Hard water definitely does not cause black stains and the gag-worthy smell. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.
