Most hotels that are typically located together just out of town are limited service but not the Hyatt Place at Harrisonburg. It was in great condition and the staff were incredibly friendly but the real winner was the roof top bar where you could order good quality small plates from a varied menu with great views over Shenandoah NP. Would definitely use again

Hotel is nice but not worth the cost. The room itself was very nice and we loved the room darkening blinds. The bed was comfortable, however, there is little to no soundproofing between rooms and floors. So we were kept up by all our neighbors all through the night. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. Even the music in the lobby was too loud for a hotel. The staff was not at all friendly or welcoming.
