To be perfectly honest, I was really disappointed this time. We've stayed here a few times before but may be looking for other options. Pros: Walkable options for dinner, room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Cons: when entering to check in the young man was busy on his phone and it took minutes to even acknowledge us, very uncomfortable. There wasn't a luggage holder in our room, he did check the room next door but still didn't offer 1 for our room. The room was smaller and no desk. When leaving for dinner, the woman at the desk had her phone on speaker and carring on a conversation about how a person left no tip. I know getting reliable help is tough but found both to be unacceptable.

Love that Harrisonburg is a college town. Great walking park across the street for the university. We were passing through on trip between NC and NJ. Great stopping point for the long drive.

What is the purpose of mobile check-in?

Received email from hotel for mobile check-in. When we got there at scheduled time, they asked the same questions all over again. What was the point of the mobile check-in? Gave us our room key, went to room only to find it wasn't ready yet (after the 3:00 check-in time). Sat in lobby for a bit waiting.
