My son had two coats stolen from the closet and the only person in the room was the cleaning person. I reported this to the front desk and nothing was done!! No review of the security footage, escalation, absolutely nothing. I would not stay here again after the way it was handled!

Great spot 20mins from Hershey Park
Great beds, toiletries, and was nice having a larger small fridge, microwave and a clean room. Hallways on 2nd floor at least had paint touch ups poorly done all over but does not effect your room.

Sheets and pillow case had dry blood on them. Showed pictures to staff and there was no housekeeping on site so I had to change them myself. Staff were really apologetic though and the manager was wonderful and gave us our room complimentary. Hot tub in room was nice and breakfast was good.

This place was GREAT!! All of the staff were friendly, great amenities and wonderful breakfast included with your stay. It’s a little outdated but for the price, who cares! Beds were comfy, room and common areas are super clean. Only 12 minutes to Hershey Park!
