The fully equipped kitchen and eating area has seating for more than twelve. The master with king bed and it's own bath are on one end with a queen bedroom opposite the great room. There's a hall bath with tub, then a den/playroom that connects to the other two bedrooms. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms. Just over two miles to Ponquogue Beach and town. Over 7 waterfront dining options within a 5 mile radius by boat. Southern exposure affords opportunity to view the sunrise and sunset.
