There is also a larger community bay beach a few lots down. Enter the spacious great room from the deck through the sliders which continue the view inside. The fully equipped kitchen and eating area has seating for more than twelve. The master with king bed and it's own bath are on one end with a queen bedroom opposite the great room. There's a hall bath with tub, then a den/playroom that connects to the other two bedrooms. There is central air conditioning and ceiling fans in most rooms. Just over two miles to Ponquogue Beach and town. Over 7 waterfront dining options within a 5 mile radius by boat. Southern exposure affords opportunity to view the sunrise and sunset.
