Very gross, air conditioner didn't work, microwave didn't work, floor unswept, poop on wall in bathroom, people screaming in the parking lot, gaps in door letting smoke and air in, loud (next to freeway).

Site said fridge and microwave but not in rm. Called to get one delivered to our rm and the guy up front was extremely rude. Had to pay to get those items and go get them ourselves.

STAY AWAY! I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping due to the ROACHES. The place was disgusting and stunk so bad. The was cigarette burns on the walls and phone. The bathroom had pee on the walls. The floors were sticky and nasty. I wouldn’t let my kids take off their socks. The place is not suitable for a family. They try to say the place was remodeled and didn’t have bugs. I have whole pictures and a video of them. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The water pressure sucked. They had no extra pillows, only 2 in the room. The ice machine and vending machines were located next to the office, the rooms are outside so you have to walk outside to the front of the property to get to the machines. House keeping was loud, you could here them from several doors down.
