Rooms had odor and need a makeover. Carpets stained. Beds were comfortable though. Pool was closed but when I booked their website did not say that. I would have booked elsewhere

No pool. It was not updated at Expedia that they are working on upgrades. By its looks, it’s been a while since there is no pool. Breakfast options are over complicated

Bed was Like Sleeping on a Board ? Had a Incidental charge on my Room, definitely did Not get anything, the Next morning on Checkout, there was a Super-Nice Lady working the Checkout Counter and comped us a Breakfast... Best thing about my Stay

Looked clean when we first go in the room. When we went to turn down the bed, there was a blood stain on the down comforter. I was disgusted. It did not look like an old blood stain either. I called the front desk and told the attendant about it. The woman had the nerve to ask me to bring the comforter to the front desk and she would give me a new one. I told her I was already in my pajamas so she finally agreed to send someone up. The next day I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was not one on staff. I emailed the director of housekeeping about the incident and 1 week later, I have not gotten a reply.

The property is under immense construction to the point that the 3rd floor should be shut down until the construction has been completed. The hallways are stripped, debris is everywhere, and you can smell paint everywhere. The rug in Room 327 is severely stained. There is an actual old school A/C unit...no wall thermostat. We blasted the A/C and could not really cool the room or cover the stale smell. The covering/blanket on the bed is old and the design is out of style. We just needed a bed for the night and that was provided. The only good things about the room were that the outlet was on the lamp and there was an accessible towel rack. I'm disappointed in this Hilton stay especially as a Hilton Honors member and Hilton Timeshare owner. We paid $140 for a room which should have been no more than $70 especially when staying for less than twelve hours. HUGE disappointment!!!

Booked a king room weeks in advanced, got there and was given double queens. Bedroom was moldy smelling and had cracks all in the wall and semi-pro fixings of cracks on the window.
