mix up and noisy neighbours
when we tried to check in our reservation could not be found, apparently 12 days earlier a receptionist accidentally assigned our reservation to another person; it took about 1/2h to resolve the problem and we were the only ones checking in at the time. The customers in the adjacent room were up ALL night with the TV on and they were in and out of their room multiple times. We spoke with a customer across the hall and she was upset to have her sleep disrupted multiple times

The hotel was great in all important ways. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Grout on bathroom floor in our room was broken and some was missing but otherwise, the room was fine.
