Receptionist lied! Promised a room with a view, lie, later said that it was unfortunate. Then, old and tired, had to take stairway up 3 flights with luggage. Never told us no elevator for our room. Rooms should be cheaper with no elevator and no view.

Staff were absolutely tremendous. Lisa, Precious and others on front desk were superb. Dining room staff, Carmel and Violet when I wasn’t feeling well could not do enough. When my daughter thought she had left her purse behind, the staff and manager went above and beyond to help her locate it. Absolutely wonderful location in Dublin, within walking distance of most sites. Family room perfect.

The hotel is in the perfect location for walking everywhere but its so noisy from people outside shouting and the early morning trash and bottle pickup. Hundreds of glass bottles breaking after being dumped at 7am was not a good wake-up call. This was our 4th time staying at the hotel and I don't recall it ever being as noisy as it was this last time. I'll still stay therr again because I like the area but this time was a little much.
