Well located property in the heart of the action. Our room was very tidy and roomy, but quite aged. Our room had stair access only. I did note other parts of property had lifts available.Room had Breakfast provided which was a great start to the day. A convenient and comfortable place to stay in Dublin

The staff are really nice and the hotel is well situated in the heart of Dublin. However, I booked the room for a colleague on a business trip and he was unable to check in as he had to go and do business in Galway for two nights. When he got back to the hotel on the third night the hotel had cancelled the booking without consulting or contacting me and resold the room even though they charged me for the five nights. I explained the mix up and the manager was helpful and courteous and told me that had already sold the third night and had no room available. I booked my colleague into another hotel. The manager honoured the last two nights of the booking and informed me that I would get a refund through Hotels for the unused third night. After no refund I contacted Hotels who were very helpful but informed me that the hotel is not refunding the third night that was unavailable to me even though I paid for it. So in effect the hotel made money twice on the room. It doesn’t bode well for the hotel to be this greedy. I won’t be using this hotel in the future and I advise you not to either.

The alley below my window was noisy for hours. Shutting the window helped. Otherwise, i had an enjoyable stay. Laundry service (16 euros) was worth it.

Perfect location for shopping, pubs, restaurants and transportation, the food in the attached restaurant is very good. Great live entertainment nightly. Staff very helpful and friendly If your seeking a country side of Ireland grab a train, bus or cab very easy to do.The River Liffey runs directly out front the hotel with ample benches a nice spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or just to get away from the hustle bustle.

We arrived early and asked to store our bags till check in. Room was ready so we were allowed to check in early which was good. Room was spacious, perfectly usable. Only issue I had with the room was, there was no large bath towels. Towels were provided but they were just a bit smaller than my preference. No big issue. Shower was fine. Beds comfy and safe in room which was good. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Great location.

Awesome location! Hotel definitely is showing its age a bit and no elevator to my 3rd floor room was a surprise, but having a great bar/pub right downstairs was amazingly convenient. And the full breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic!
