Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre konstruktive Kritik. Wir bedauern, dass die Sauberkeit in Ihrem Zimmer während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht gegeben war. Ich habe Ihren Hinweis bereits an die Hausdame weitergegeben, sodass sich dieser Vorfall nicht wiederholt.
