Sehr geehrter Gast,zunächst einmal möchte ich mich bei Ihnen dafür bedanken, dass Sie für Ihren kürzlichen Besuch in Hamburg unser Courtyard gewählt haben und hoffe, dass Sie zwischenzeitlich sicher an Ihrem nächsten Zielort angekommen sind. Besorgt haben wir die niedrigen Punktzahlen zur Kenntnis genommen, mit denen Sie angeben, dass Sie mit Ihrem letzten Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden sind. Eine unserer obersten Prioritäten ist es, die Bedürfnisse eines jeden Gastes zu erfüllen.
