This beautiful 4 bedroom family home is located in the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.
Within easy reach of the I-4 which will take you to the main attractions and parks of Central Florida and only a one hour drive to the wonderful Florida beaches located on the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.Popular with out of state visitors of fondly known as Snowbirds!!
This tranquil 4 bedroom home has a pool to the rear so sit back and enjoy the evenings.
As well as having a large family room with Roku TV and DVD player there is a fully equipped kitchen, a master en-suite, two twin bedrooms and a full size bedroom with a shared bathroom.
Pool can be heated for $25.00 a day - this is not available for bookings under 5 days and payment will be taken when booking confirmed.
A WalMart Superstore is at the entrance of Southern Dunes. Also fast food eateries and the very popular Manny's Chop House! Highly recommended and always call ahead!

Southern Dunes House

Great Location - TV in kitchen/family room was broken. - No soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper or paper towel in the house. VRBO we rented last year this was all supplied. House is in a nice location but would go back to other VRBO next time as it was better equipped.

Great Stay

This property is very nice and quiet. As a previous person commented, the A/C thermostat is locked, but I found it to be comfortable during our stay. If you like to be able to adjust it, you should look elsewhere. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again if I find myself in the area. For future guests, I recommend purchasing laundry detergent and dishwasher pods as none are provided. There is a Walmart, Winn-Dixie and Dollar tree at the entrance to the gated community.

Disgusting

We went there for the heated pool and relaxation. But the bathrooms had mold! We paid for a heated pool and when I texted management they assured me that it was on and working and that it was just cold at night. I asked the neighbor to look at it and he said that it was not working! I called back and she said they would have somebody take a look at it first thing in the morning! Nobody showed! So we could not enjoy the pool at all!!!!!!! Plus I had my 2 granddaughters with me and they wouldn’t go in!The bathrooms have mold in them!

For the daily rate it was great. I am pretty easy to please, however, I do have a few suggestions that might improve your ratings. Feel free to message me for those suggestions if you are interested. I am great with designs on a budget, oh and I am not selling anything. Overall we were fairly comfortable, location was perfect, husband loved the golf course.

Family Pool Home

Plenty of space, pans, linens and clean. The trash was not put out to street on Friday like instructions said so no room for ours. We spoke to Gillian at the end of our stay & advised her the Refrigerator wasn't cooling or freezer freezing as well as AC was creating water onto the Liv Rm carpet. But the house was everything we wanted it was our 2nd trip there. We will be back again too.

Overall we had a wonderful time. However, the beds were in need of new mattresses but putting the extra quilts and blankets on top of them helped somewhat. The chairs located next to the kitchen were also in need of some repair. (very wobbly) The freezer is not working properly and the ice maker doesn’t work at all. We loved the pool, but had trouble getting out as there is no hand rail. I almost fell a couple of times. I would recommend this listing to others, but advise them to bring the basic supplies. ie: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc… in addition to personal items. Thank you for a good week away from work! 😁

Wonderful Home

Such a wonderful rental home. It was just as listed on site. Pool was nice and warm when we arrived. Great accommodations for our small family. Owner (Gillian) was very informative and responded very quickly if/when we had questions. I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone. Great vacation.

The house had everything you would need. I give the rental company a lot of credit. The first day we were there I noticed the pool was pretty dirty . I sent a message to the rental company and they had the pool cleaned the very next day. It was much appreciated .

Great Getaway

The house its self was great, tall ceiling , kitchen comes with main appliances if need, didn't have any napkins or dish soap,good thing dollar tree is 5mins away. Rooms where okay fit everyone won't complain. Hot water didn't last more than 20mins when showering Or trying to fill soaker tub. Bathroom only came with 1 roll of toilet paper for 1 week stay. Had to buy more. Pool was great beside paying for a heated pool extra money & by 5pm 70° outside the pool was very cold didn't feel like the heater even worked half the time we was their(Disappointment). House is great for the price .
